West Ham are confident of completing a £22 million deal to sign Stoke’s Marko Arnautovic next week, according to the Independent.

Slaven Bilic’s side have already failed with two initial bids for the winger, who has made his desire to leave Stoke known.

With West Ham struggling for goals last season Bilic has been looking to rejuvenate his attack over the summer.

Arnautovic scored six times in the Premier League last season, while also registering five assists for the Potters.

Stoke are willing to sell following the return of Bojan, who spent the second half of last season on loan and the rise of Ramadan Sobhi.

The Potters are expected to strengthen at the back through the money raised from Arnuotovic’s move to West Ham.

Stoke stand to make a huge profit on the player they signed for just £2 million back in 2013 from German side Werder Bremen.
