West Ham to reignite interest in Lemina
West Ham were linked with a move for Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina last summer, and it looks as though they’re keen on signing him again this summer, but face competition from Watford.
According to a recent report from Calciomercato, as cited by the Hertfordshire Mercury, the midfielder is a target for both Premier League clubs this summer as he looks to find first team football away from Turin.
Lemina has impressed when he’s featured for Juventus but has never really been able to tie down a regular starting place under Max Allegri, largely down to the sheer quality within the midfield ranks at the club.
The Gabon international is still only 23-years-old and with European experience under his belt, he is an attractive player to many sides.
West Ham could use some more quality in the middle and Lemina would almost certainly offer a new dimension to the midfield options at Slaven Bilic’s disposal.
