Johan Djourou confirms his exit from Hamburg
West Ham will be looking to improve their defence in the summer after a disappointing season in 2016/17 and the club are already looking at new targets.
One player they are said to be interested in signing is Johan Djourou who has a number of years experience in the Premier League from his time at Arsenal.
Djourou has spent the last few years in the Bundesliga with Hamburg where for the most part he’s enjoyed some fine form and recaptured his place in the Switzerland international squad.

The 30-year-old centre-back has announced he will be leaving Hamburg in the summer when his contract expires and West Ham could be willing to make him an offer to return to London and the Premier League.
Slaven Bilic has also seen a £125,000 bid rejected by Lincoln for 23-year-old centre-back Sean Raggett in the last few days as the club look to add talent in defence.
