Five reasons Sturridge would be a good signing for West Ham
Speculation has been rife surrounding West Ham as a club in the recent weeks and one player that has been linked with a switch to the London Stadium is Liverpool outcast Daniel Sturridge.
The England international clearly isn’t one of Jurgen Klopp’s favoured options at Liverpool and a move away from the club in the summer looks to be on the cards.
Sturridge has been unlucky during his tenure with the Reds, suffering with a plethora of injuries on a regular basis, restricting his opportunity to show his quality as often as Klopp and the Liverpool faithful would have liked.
However, there’s no reason why the forward can’t revitalise his career in London under Slaven Bilic, with the Hammers still crying out for more attacking reinforcements.
A new striker has been needed since last summer, and Sturridge would certainly be an interesting addition.
