West Ham’s search for a striker has been going on now for what seems like the dawn of time.

Not since Paolo Di Canio in the 1999/00 season have the Hammers had a player who has scored more than 15 goals in a Premier League season, which is quite an alarming stat to hear.

The likes of Jermain Defoe, Carlton Cole, Marlon Harewood and Dean Ashton have all come close but the search for that striker who can score goals at a ‘goal every other game’ ratio goes on.

Since David Gold and David Sullivan took a controlling stake in the club in January 2010, West Ham have signed a crazy amount of strikers. How many do you ask? Well, 31 to be exact.

No all of them panned out. Really, most of them didn’t but can you name each striker the club have signed since SuGo took over?

It’s much harder than it seems.
