According to the Express, West Ham are in talks with Real Madrid winger Jese Rodriguez regarding a potential move to the Olympic Stadium.
The report says that West Ham and Southampton are in talks with the winger, who is valued at £15m by Real Madrid which ties West Ham’s record transfer fee.
It is also thought that any potential deal would have to include a £16.8m buy-back clause for Real Madrid, so they could bring him back to Spain if he ever reaches a certain level.

Rodriguez has just one year left on his Real Madrid contract, which has fuelled speculation over his future at the club. Madrid have been in talks with him over a new contract, but a deal looks unlikely.
Slaven Bilic has been knocked back in the pursuit of a number of targets so far this summer, so will be hoping he can finally get his man.
However, they will have to beat Southampton to the signing.
