According to Turkish outlet Futbol Arena, Besiktas have rejected a £6.5m bid from Southampton for West Ham target Gokhan Tore.
The report says that Southampton also had a bid of £4.5m previously rejected for the winger, with this new bid also being knocked back by the Turkish side.
West Ham are also thought to be interested in Tore and will have to move quickly to try to beat Southampton to the signing of Tore, with Southampton now also in the chase.

Besiktas are looking for a fee of around £10.7m to prize him away from the club, so West Ham would need to agree a deal close to this fee in order to sign him ahead of Southampton.
Tore scored six goals and seven assists last season for Besiktas and is highly rated by many.
He did spend time in England during his youth career, spending two years at Chelsea from 2009-2011.
