West Ham United, Everton and Stoke City are all interested in signing Inter Milan defender Jeison Murillo, according to a report from Italian newspaper Corriere Dello Sport.

The Colombian international only joined Inter in 2015 and played 35 games last season, but is apparently happy to consider a move to England.

However, he has apparently snubbed interest from Everton, Stoke and West Ham insisting that he’d only leave Inter for a club he sees as a step up and he apparently doesn’t see that trio of Premier League clubs as such.

Whether West Ham were actually interested in the 23-year-old remains to be seen. The club have a number of options at centre back already, although it is possible that at least one of those, possibly James Collins, or James Tomkins, could move on in the summer.

The Colombian international is prepared to wait for offers, but it’s unlikely that he’ll be appearing as a West Ham player any time soon.
