After finding an absolute gem from France in the form of Dimitri Payet, West Ham are reportedly looking at a trio of Ligue 1 players as they plan their summer transfer activity.
According to Simon Jones of The Mail, West Ham are keen on three Marseille players; Michy Batshuayi, Benjamin Mendy and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.
Whilst the chances of Marseille selling all three to West Ham are very slim, there is still a possibility that at least one could make a switch to the Premier League next season.
Batshuayi is a striker and he is being linked to numerous clubs such as Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur as well as West Ham and would likely cost around £25million.
N’Koudou is a young winger who only signed for the Frech side in the summer. He is having a very good season and has also been linked with Liverpool and Manchester United.
Finally, Mendy is a left-back or a left-sided midfielder. Whilst West Ham do have Aaron Cresswell as their first choice, they are likely to be involved in Europe next season and therefore, they will need strength in depth.
