Hammers’ winger Victor Moses felt that his side showed great desire to come back from 2-0 down and earn themselves a point at Carrow Road.

Moses was introduced from the substitutes bench when West Ham were trailing with that two-goal deficit. He had an instrumental role to play in the Irons’ comeback.

The Nigerian was played through and after a physical battle with the Canaries’ defender Klose, Moses finally managed to get his shot away and John Ruddy palmed his shot into the path of Dimitri Payet who pulled a goal back before Mark Noble levelled proceedings just three minutes later.

Moses spoke of his delight to West Ham’s official website

It was a great game, first half wasn’t the best for us, but in the second half we turned it around [after going 2-0 down].

The Nigeria international was also pleased for Dimitri Payet after the Frenchman got on the scoresheet at Carrow Road.

Dimitri Payet is a great player. We all know he has a huge amount of talent. The first goal was a little similar to the one he scored against Newcastle. This time, the keeper saved it and he’s put it in the back of the net. It was a good move from me and Dimi as well, and I’m very happy that he was on the scoresheet.

There was a late surge of West Ham pressure but they simply just couldn’t find the net but they should definitely take pride in the result they came away with.

West Ham face Blackburn next Sunday in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
