Ahead of the Barclays Premier League clash on Saturday at 3pm between Watford and West Ham United, I take a look at several players to have played for both clubs.
The Hornets and the Hammers both go into this game having won their previous match last weekend, and will seek to continue their respective winning runs.
West Ham currently sit in the top four, whereas Watford will be looking to avoid relegation this season following their promotion last year.
1/5 | Manuel Almunia
In his latter years at Arsenal, the goalkeeper moved to Upton Park on loan for a month. The following year, he signed permanently for Watford.
2/5 | Henri Lansbury
The Enfield legend spent time at Vicarage Road and at the Boleyn Ground whilst on loan from Arsenal, most notably having to play in goal once for the Irons.
3/5 | Valon Behrami
Following Watford’s return to the top flight, Behrami signed for the club and is set to start on the weekend against the Hammers, where he enjoyed three years.
4/5 | Malky Mackay
He is mostly known for his managerial antics, but towards the latter stages of his playing career, Mackay played for West Ham and Watford and scored for both teams, in spite of being a defender.
5/5 | Alessandro Diamanti
The former Italian international is back in the big time, having joined the Flores revolution at Watford. He scored seven goals in the Premier League for West Ham.
