West Ham are expected to complete the season-long loan signing of Al Jazira playmaker Manuel Lanzini this week, reports HITC.
The Hammers have agreed a loan deal with a view to permanently sign the 22-year-old from the UAE side, but were waiting for the paperwork to be finalised.
The terms of the loan were confirmed last week, with Goal reporting he was to fly to England and undergo a medical, which will take place tomorrow according to the Daily Mail.
“Everything is agreed, the player is now sorting things out but if everything goes according to plan he will be flying to England for a medical at some point this week.“ a club source told Goal.

This move will allow Stewart Downing to make his eagerly awaited return to Middlesbrough, with a £7m deal said to be agreed between the two sides.
The 30-year-old midfielder is understood to have his heart set on a move back to his hometown club, and will undergo a medical this week.
